Installation:

Ground yourself properly before beginning the install of your new Xbox Duox2 mod-chip. First remove any dust from Xbox main board by gently brushing with fine dry brush or with compressed air.
Then use the Isopropyl alcohol swabs to clean main board mod chip contact points. Use Multi Strand (thick) wire for Ground / Earth and Power Rails and single strand wire for all other points.

Duox 2 GS Further notes:

To Auto Boot DuoX 2 GS "On"

DuoX 2 solder a wire between the BT pad on the chip and pin 9 on the chip this is point G on diagram - see the picture below

( instead of BT to main board of Xbox )

IMPORTANT Installation Notes

Xbox Version 1.5 - Must use Alternate Power and Ground Rails - See Diagram

Xbox Version 1.6 - Must use LPC Rebuild either Bridging points shown with wire ( or using the 1.6 LPC Rebuild Board--no difference ) - ( on reverse side of Main Board ) - See Diagram

Here we had a very innovative design for Xbox modchips and - console mod chips for any console A ( likely the FIRST - no solder modchip ) no-solder, no-wire mod chip for the Xbox - but required only 1 screw and a very fine flexible Pin arm to be positioned over the "DO" Point on the Xbox - sometimes people complained this very fine connection point would slip off causing Xbox not to function - also after a while the DO point would wear completely down until no connection could be made- then the modchip could be soldered in anyway and the reverse side of the main board the Alternate DO point could be utilized.
